Island Experience: Tahiti Whale Watching
Whale season is approaching… and with it regulations that aim at protecting mothers and their young and respecting the peace they need during their journey in our islands.
Introduce your clients to the magic of Tahiti with a half-day whale-watching experience. Departing from Marina Taina in Punaauia, this excursion allows guests to witness the majestic humpback whales in their natural habitat, guided by experienced professionals.
The adventure begins with a safety briefing and an introduction to the whale species they may encounter. An experienced guide will share insights into whale behavior, and guests will have the opportunity to observe these magnificent creatures in their natural environment. Depending on conditions, they may even be able to enter the water for a closer encounter.
Throughout the journey, guests may also spot playful dolphins in the lagoon. The boats are fully equipped with snacks, beverages, and all necessary snorkeling gear to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience.
Every departure includes:
- Snorkeling gear (fins, masks, snorkels)
- Light snacks and soft beverages
- Professional guide providing a detailed introduction to whale behavior
