Private initiation to piloting a plane

Have you always dreamed of being a pilot and taking command of an airplane? During your stay in Tahiti, you can finally realize this dream and fly above the turquoise clear lagoon and jade velvet mountains on the largest island in French Polynesia! You can learn to pilot a plane and take the controls of a light aircraft, with a qualified instructor pilot beside you for this first lesson.

During a briefing you will be presented the plane that you will fly and you will be given an explanation on why and how an airplane flies. Then you will climb aboard and the pilot is you! You will take off from the runway of the International Airport of Tahiti-Faa’a. Depending on the duration of the flight you choose, you will pilot the plane all the way to the peninsula of Tahiti Iti and/or you will fly over the bays of Moorea or the atoll of Tetiaroa. It is up to you to define your program with the instructor pilot who accompanies you, while respecting the flight conditions and aviation security. The panoramas of Tahiti, its caldera and mythical peaks and spires are magnificent. And there is no better view than from the sky to admire the islands of Polynesia, their glittering lagoons bordered by the coral reef covered in white foam, and the bright marine blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.
