Expedition & Discovery / Lagoon & Ocean

A unique experience
  • Discover sports fishing in Tahiti.
  • An ocean outing where several fishing techniques are used!
  • Take home the fish that you have caught!
  • Admire Tahiti and Moorea from the sea!

All aboard for a boat ride like no other: you will go hunting at sea! According to weather conditions you will be taken to either the West Coast or the East Coast of Tahiti. When the sea is calm it is also possible to cross the channel between Tahiti and Moorea.
Those who are not familiar with deep-sea fishing may be lucky and catch your first bonito. Those with fishing experience in stand-up position will take great pleasure in fighting the fish, with catches that are sometimes exceptional, such as a 250 kg (551 lb.) marlin or a 70 kg (154 kb.) tuna.
You are with two crewmembers, one at the wheel and the other acting as fishing coach.
Take advantage of this outing to admire the sea birds: terns, booby birds and frigate birds.
